Mega – Events Cities

During the summer of 2015 Neville Gabie was invited as a guest speaker at a conference in Vancouver, Canada focused on the impact od host cities of holding Mega Events – particularly sporting events such as the Olympics and Football World Cup. Neville Gabie was invited to speak about his as Artist in Residence during the construction of the Olympic Park in London, host of the 2012 Olympic Games. This recent publication, based on an interview with Keren Zaiontz looks at that work as well as referring to his wider practice.
